Refund Policy
Before we ship the artwork to you we will send you an email with a photo of the actual artwork. If for some reason you are not 100% satisfied with the result you have the right to ask the artists to make changed and amend the artwork. You must include all your notes in a single one time request, since any additional future notes will require an additional fee.
What happens in case after several attempts to fix the notes you have provided the artist will declare he/ she is not able to improve the artwork further? If it is a Gallery Painting you will receive a full refund. If it is a custom-made artwork (such as painting from a photo you provided or a figurine), we will ask another artist to make the requested changes until you are 100% satisfied and approve it for shipping. A refund is not an option in this case since this is a custom-made product and it cannot be sold to anyone else.

Shipping Policy
Once we ship the artwork you will receive an email which indicates the shipping company and a tracking number, so you will have the option to track your paintings at any time - online. Your artwork will be completed and dispatched according to the level of Service you choose when you placed your order:
Paintings: Regular Service - completed within up to 28 working days, counter delivery (requires pickup from the nearest post office). Shipping usually takes 10-20 days. Premium Service - completed within up to 15 working days, and you will receive the painting to your door.  shipped to your door (UPS or similar). Shipping usually takes 3 days.
Figurines: Regular  Service - completed within up to 28 working days, counter delivery (requires pickup from the nearest post office). Shipping usually takes 10-20 days. Premium Service - completed within 15-22 working days, shipped to your door (UPS or similar). Shipping usually takes 3 days.
These timeframes are subject to an immediate feedback from you when we ask for your approval. It is also subject to a first time approval. For example, if you will delay your approval for one month it means your item will not be completed within the timeframe mentioned above. Another example - if you ask for modifications we might be able to be within the timeframe mentioned above, but it is not certain since the artist will need to invest more time in fixing the artwork and additional time will be required until it is dry enough to ship safely.
