When buying an Art Product from us you are offered a unique pre-approval service. As part of this service DocoArt.com will email you a photo of the artwork for your approval. At that point you can either approve the painting (considering you are happy with it), or send us notes and request for modification. After the modifications are done you will receive a new photo of the artwork with a request for approval. We will not rest until you are 100% satisfied! Only after your approval of the final artwork it will be shipped out and at that point we will be fulfilling our 100% Satisfaction Guaranteed Policy.
Please note that approving the artwork means you are happy with it and will have no further or future comments about it.
In case the package you have received is damaged from outside, we recommend that you will contact the local Currier Comapny before signing the package.
In case the artwork has been lost by the currier or never delivered to you (each item has a tracking number), please contact us at HelpDesk@docoart.com. We will re-do the artwork free of charge and ship it again.
