We offer Gift-Coupons by which you can personalize a product you order for another person. Information you provide to us to create a Gift-Coupon is only used for that purpose, and it is only disclosed to the person receiving the Gift.
We use return email addresses to answer the email we receive. Such addresses are not used for any other purpose and are not shared with outside parties.
You can register with our website if you would like to receive our catalog as well as updates on our new products and services. Information you submit on our website will not be used for this purpose unless you fill out the registration form.

Photos Upload Terms and Copyright
Customers are both responsible and liable for the images they upload. One must have the appropriate permission or the copyright to request a painting from the photo they upload. The copyright owner of a photograph or an image of a painting (usually the person who took the photograph and/or the artist) is typically the only person that can make a "derivative work", such as a painting based on that photograph. DocoArt will bare no liability whatsoever for any breach of copyrights, and the person ordering the painting will be bare the sole liability for importing copyrighted products into the destination country. It is the Customer's responsibility to supply DocoArt with a photo which is clear and in case DocoArt's artist determines that the photo sent by the Customer is not clear enough, Customer should supply a different photo.
DocoArt reserves the right to refuse to make a painting from any inappropriate photo that might harm or offend any individuals of other religions, races, etc.
